Official tickets

Sold by the event organizer through TicketOrbit.

  • Issued instantly to your account, or by the organizer’s own ticketing system
  • Organizers pass a TicketOrbit review before they can sell
  • Face value plus a transparent service fee, shown before checkout

Resale tickets

Sold by attendees who can no longer go, only where the organizer and local law allow it.

  • Tickets bought on TicketOrbit transfer instantly with a brand-new code
  • Other tickets need private proof of purchase and an authorized transfer method
  • Sellers are paid only after delivery is confirmed, and price caps apply where required

Organizers apply and are approved before they can publish events or sell official tickets.

Ownership checks

Resale listings need TicketOrbit-issued tickets or private proof of purchase reviewed by our team.

Delivery before payout

Seller payouts become eligible only after the transfer is confirmed and the event has taken place.
