About this event

Berlin Venture Days connects founders raising seed to Series B with active European investors through curated one-to-one meetings, investor panels and an LP roundtable.

Founder passes include access to the meeting app, where investors publish their focus areas and founders request time. Investor passes include priority meeting slots and the closed-door investor dinner.

Delivery, fees and policies

Ticket delivery

Tickets are issued instantly in your TicketOrbit account. Meeting app access is sent by the organizer one week before the event.

Resale allowed

Ticket holders may resell through TicketOrbit within the price and quantity limits shown. Up to 2 tickets per listing.

Official transfer method: Instant TicketOrbit transfer.

Buyer fees

Official tickets: 3.5% service fee plus €0.99 per ticket. Resale tickets: 8% buyer fee. Tax of 19% applies to fees. Free tickets carry no fees.

Refunds and cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable. Name changes are free through TicketOrbit resale.

If the event is cancelled, every ticket holder receives a full refund of the ticket price and fees.
